Pinnacle Sports has acquired the exclusive rights to use the Hardenized process on any and all maple bat they manufacture. Pinnacle has created a special line of Hardenized maple and ash bats that will be sold EXCLUSIVELY through this site. The Hardenized bats are made from only the finest Pro Grade Maple and Ash. Once the billets are selected the bats are turned and sanded. Once the sanding is complete each bat is hand rolled with steel rollers to bring out the natural oils from the depths of the wood. This process gives each bat a sheen finish without using any chemicals at all. Each Hardenized bat will have the word Hardenized laser engraved into each bat. Only the very select bats will have the Hardenized distinction. The process is a long and tedious one. The entire length of the bat has to be rolled by hand to create the Hardenized finish. The labor involved is done by skilled people who are trained how to use the system. The SQ29 model has a 31/32 Inch Handle with a medium barrel.
